Order confirmation
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also send you status and dispatch notification emails to keep you up to date with your order progress. If you do not receive email notifications please do check your spam folder before contacting us. Some mail settings filter emails it considers to be possible spam communication away from your inbox.
Order changes
To amend or cancel an online order please contact us providing us with your order reference number. In the case of a product no longer being available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue you a full refund.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days, stock availability allowing. If you have a TICCC account you can check specific order information in your ‘My account’ section.
