Returns & warranty

If you are unhappy with your products you can return them within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Please note we are unable to refund the return shipping cost. Items need to be in an unused condition. All clothing must be returned unworn and unwashed with all original packaging intact and tags attached. Any refunds, if applicable, will be made to the card used to purchase the original item.

We will require the following information to help us trace your order: your name, order reference number and the date the order was placed.

For international returns, please mark your package as ‘returned under warranty’. This is to avoid unnecessary custom charges. Please note, TICCC cannot pay any custom charges on international returns that are the result of the sender marking the return package incorrectly. To exchange or receive a refund please contact us.

TICCC products are made using the finest performance fabrics and components. We work with the best European construction houses to make sure our products are reliable and perform as hard as you. We offer a 6 month warranty an all TICCC products. If you believe your product is faulty please contact us.

A faulty good is classified as an item that is received damaged or develops a manufacturing fault. Following an evaluation we will either offer a replacement or repair. If this is not possible, we will issue a credit voucher. Product damage or deterioration through general wear and tear is not classified as a faulty goods issue.

Please note we are unable to accept any faulty product claims outside the 6 month timeframe.
