All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. All orders above £100 qualify for free untracked shipping. We offer the following shipping options below.

Estimated postal times
We post your goods as soon as they are ready, usually via the Royal Mail. The estimated postal times stated above do not include the processing time from when we receive your order to handing over your package to the courier/ postal service. The timeframe guidance given above is based on working days and does not include weekends and public holidays. The estimated postal times are approximate, and timeframes can vary.
Please be aware that international untracked and tracked orders can sometimes take up to 4 weeks. The delivery time depends on the local/ national postal provider and the necessary customs clearance.
We recommend you upgrade to our tracked postal service, where available. This will enable you to check the status and safety of your package.
Import duties and VAT/ Sales tax – UK & EU
All orders to the UK and EU include VAT/ Sales tax and import duties. Parcels are shipped via DDP. This means no additional import charges are due when your order is delivered.
Import duties and VAT/ Sales tax – Rest of world
All orders are dispatched from the UK. Any import duties and VAT/ Sales tax are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to check prior to purchase your country’s terms and conditions for any associated costs.
Shipping address
When placing your order, please make sure you provide us with the correct delivery details. Loss of items due to an incorrect shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Goods in transit
Once we have confirmed your order has been dispatched, liability is passed onto the delivery/ courier company. They are responsible for the safe delivery from our warehouse to your delivery address. We will help and assist should goods become damaged or lost during transit. Refunds will be processed back onto your account once the items have either been returned to us or compensation has been paid.
We can only take action for the loss of an item if it has not been delivered within 10 working days for the UK, 25 working days for Europe and 32 working days for the rest of the world from the date of dispatch. We recommend you use our tracked service to minimise the risk of loss and unpaid damage to your goods.
