San Remo — Sardenaira
Culture
Sardenaira is a local speciality of San Remo. It’s a richly seasoned type of focaccia, topped with tomato sauce, Taggiasca olives, garlic, capers, and sardines. Like all tasty Italian dishes it has humble ingredients and is simple to make.
